We Are Hiring “Sales Account Manager”
Key Responsibilities
• Creating reports in excel to monitor client order trends.
• Monitoring order trends and alert appropriate parties to large increases or decreases in orders.
• Attending all client calls and ability to manage calls when supervisor is unavailable.
• The follow up of the preparing of agreements and contracts after agreeing to grant the required facilities according to the system and procedures adopted by the administration in this regard and conducting the negotiation process.
• Collecting information from local markets on competing products in terms of sales volume and quality.
• Preparing daily reports explaining sales activities and the purpose of the visit and submitting the DR to the direct manager.
• Preparing work reports on the basis of any assignment from the direct manager or management at any time required.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / IT / MIS or any related field
• (3-4) Years’ Experience in the same field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Excellent organizational skills
• A desire to collaborate company-wide to achieve results and targets in a very transparent space
• Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Owns a Car

• From 8:00am till 5:00pm
