Business Development Manager Acquisitions – Hotels KSA/ Egypt

Nice 4 star brand with regional presence including apartments and hotels
This group are going through a period of regional acquisitions
The role will report to VP Operations
Who We’re Looking For
You will be based in KSA OR EGYPT and be able to travel to restricted and religious locations.
Arabic speaker with 3 years experience of acquisitions and stakeholder relations within a hotel / real estate portfolio.
This role is focused on locating, searching and signing properties
You should have excellent presentation and negotiation skills with excellent levels of communication both in English and Arabic.
Package details
15K rising to 20kAED after 3 months to include Basic salary / Housing
