As a Supply and Demand Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the optimal customer experience by ensuring we have the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time.
Responsibilities
Calculating & improving Forecast Error & BIAS KPIs to improve overall supply chain process.
Balancing the Supply and Demand of finished goods to ensure targeted customer service level and inventory targets achievement considering demand variations.
Managing inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock rates, inventory planning, and systematic forecasting.
Working with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and category management workflow.
Ensuring product availability and inventory management to meet MaxAB’s strategic and sales plans.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
5-6 years of experience in inventory planning, operations, retail, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Advanced Excel required – Access and SQL/ETL preferred.
CPIM / CSCP is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
