Product Manager-Specialty Unit

Summary:
Perform marketing activities and execute the plans in place for products, prepare marketing analysis, follow and implement policies and procedures related to marketing, contribute to the planning and organization of mechanisms to implement marketing strategies and the application of marketing strategies designed to achieve the objectives of the company and business unit in terms of revenue, sales, and profitability over both short and long-term through effective planning, execution, control, and training.
Key Qualifications:
- Contribute to the planning of all the activities, policies, and procedures relating to the marketing of products related to the business unit.
- Perform research and analysis on competitors to shed light on the advantages and disadvantages of the company and its pharmaceutical products and other competitors through a comparative analysis.
- Identify the KOLs in each TA, design the KOLs development plan, align it with the commercial team, and lead its implementation.
- Follow up the production of promotional materials update the product’s profile, handle relations with the media, and keep marketing materials up to date that reflect the company’s identity and image and products at hand.
- Implement all activities, policies, and procedures relating to the marketing plan monitor the annual budget, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate and design, produce, and distribute publications and presentations such as advertisements, brochures, catalogs, and press releases according to policies and procedures.
- Prepare and execute the training plans for the implementers of the marketing plans to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge, for a new product launch, for regular product promotion or for a special campaign of a particular brand or line and verify that all attained the required level of knowledge and skills.
- Prepare training manuals, training presentations, reprints of articles and scientific and sales training materials related to the assigned product lines, in line with the training plans.
- Participate in the development of the marketing plans and setting targets and budgets in consensus with members of the sales and marketing team.

- Excellent Scientific Knowledge.
- 5 years of total pharmaceutical experience with 2 minimum years in marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Committed to business excellence and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of two full years of Biosimilar Or Oncology experience is a plus.
