Project Manager
Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER
Job Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Reports to: CEO
Key interactions: Marketing Analytics Department / R&D Department / Sales Department / Marketing Department
Job Purpose/Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The role concerns mainly software engineering projects but can also include other areas in technology or business in general.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Act as the Product Owner for the assigned projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project tasks, ensuring that team members are held accountable for their work
- Implement project management methodologies and processes and ensure that they are followed consistently.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and change management plans.
- Ensure project quality by conducting regular project reviews and performing quality control activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
- Continuously monitor and manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and other key resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
Key Attributes/Main Competencies:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and processes, including Agile.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
