Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare)
Job Description:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Senior Project Manager with business transformation project experience.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and implementing enterprise wide workforce based transformation initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning and modelling, and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of organizational change, resource planning, business and process change
• Managing and implementing complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Managing programs including executive level interaction and communications
• Managing government-delivered services and programs
• Administration of the program in addition to development of policy
• Managing projects incorporating organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as Prosci.
Qualifications:
• 10 years’ experience managing and implementing enterprise wide workforce based transformation initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning and modelling, and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of organizational change, resource planning, business and process change, in a complex sector such as healthcare, financial services or other public sectors
