A store manager who will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of a car washing store.

What’s the role?

You Will Be Responsible For

Oversee and manage all aspects of the car washing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established processes and standards.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and facilities.
Implement health and safety protocols to provide a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Staff Supervision and Training supervise a team of car wash technicians and support staff.
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any employee issues or concerns.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Train and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the car washing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
Provide insights and recommendations to operation management based on data analysis.
Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and teamwork.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
