Responsibilities
- Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirements in detail via Phone
- Fix up a Face to Face meeting for a better understanding of client requirements and To advise suitable options
- Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls, chat and emails
- Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting
- Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features, Specifications, Pricing and Availability at the time of the site visit
- Should have the quality to engage and build a strong relationship with customers from the inquiry to properties
- Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects, industry developments, schemes, govt. subsidies for home buyers
- Prepare and Maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports in the shared formats
- Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organization policies religiously
- Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements

- Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills
- Any Degree/Diploma —MBA Marketing & Sales
- Min. 2-5 years of Sales/Marketing experience in Real Estate industry.
- Candidate should able to do field work
- Salary is depends on interview performance and current CTC
- Apart from salary huge incentives will be there
- Mode of Operations: Candidates must come to the office
