Sales Manager

About the job

Job Summary:

 

AVXAV Group is considered to be one of the leading ICT solution’s providers for Telecommunication Solutions, Digital Signage/Smart Media, Hospitality Solutions, and IT solutions. We are looking to hire a sales Manager that manages the development and performance of all sales activities in our Hospitality vertical and some other Verticals/Horizontals, directing sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base.

 

Job Description

 

  • Study the previous stats of the company, and understand the policies adopted by company to improve these stats. Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database.
  • Generate reports based on facts to be presented before the senior managers, and shareholders.
  • Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.
  • Maintain long lasting customer relationships.
  • Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations.
  • Analyze the sales team, and check if the work there is going on smoothly or not.
  • Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.
  • Establish performance goal for each employee, and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the expectations or not.
  • Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.
  • Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the empire.
  • Outstanding Communication, and Negotiation skills is a must have.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Develop and implement an affective Sales plan under the direction of Sales & Marketing Manager in order achieve objectives of the overall business plan
  • Ensure the effective implementation of sales objectives through leadership of sales team – setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating sales employees – in order to optimize performance of the team
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to sales executives to maintaining competitive customer service level
  • Build and maintain superior working relationships with existing and potential customers in order to maximize sales volume and customer satisfaction level
  • Communicate effectively with other departments/sections in order to smooth workflow
  • Develop and train sales employees to achieve sales plan and to exceed the satisfaction of customer expectation
  • Participate in solving all customer complaints and prevent any source of complaint during sales processes
  • Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work plans, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.
  • Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR & Admin Department.
  • Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
  • Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
  • Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Educational Level and Certificates
