Learning Manager

Summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate, dynamic and outgoing individual who enjoys leading, and supporting the learning and training function along with the employee wellness and engagement aspect.

As the Learning Manager, you will be responsible to ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision to ensure colleagues are equipped to deliver an intuitive luxury service to guests.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate for this role will possess:

Proven experience in the role of Learning / Training Manager for at least 2 years
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Energetic, passionate, self-motivated and a strong team player
Strong organizational and administrative skills required
Displays high initiative and requires minimal supervision and direction
Up to date with training/hospitality trends and best practices
Luxury Guest Service oriented and service minded
