Now we are looking for Training Manager to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Amman

The Hotel Training Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing the hotel’s training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and passion in training, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

As a Training Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and below are some of the key responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for all departments of the hotel.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training programs for their team members
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties effectively
Continuously evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and relevant, and make adjustments as necessary
Develop training materials and resources, including manuals, guides, and videos
Coordinate with external training providers to supplement in-house training programs when necessary
Manage the training budget and ensure all training initiatives are cost-effective
Maintain accurate records of employee training and development, and use this information to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and organizations to stay up-to-date with trends in hospitality training
Plan, implement and monitor, company’s compliance training, general/core and Management Training.
Certify and coach departmental trainers to maintain operational training quality and consistency.
Plan and continuously maintain trainees and inters, to further support both the community initiative, hotel schools, and the hotel’s recruitment needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in hospitality training and development
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
