Optimization Manager

Novatel Algeria hiring for a project based in Algiers, Algeria below profiles :

Optimization Manager :

•Good team management skills with at least 5 years more than 15 people team management experience

•at least 8 years experience working in RNP & RNO；

•Participated as network analysis engineer or any other important position in 2 or more wireless network optimization projects which have more than 1000 BTS;

•Have the ability of Intermediate engineer and above;

•Familiar with wireless network planning and optimization process;

•A deep understanding of relevant parameters of the network planning and adjustment principle；

•Can fully evaluate the RF network and make relevant optimization scheme;

•Can carry on the system analysis deeply on KPI and make relevant optimization scheme;

•Good communication and writing skills；
