JOSWE Medical is looking for a Research and Development Manager

Job Requirements:
– Pharmacist, pharmaceutical engineer or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical formulation and sciences.
– At least 10 years experience in research and development in the pharmaceutical industry.
– Demonstrated track record in formulation and regulatory requirements of dossier submissions, demonstrated strength in pharmaceutical research and a track record of successful development, understanding of analytical method development requirements, stability requirements and patent research requirements.
– Strong interpersonal skills and managerial skills
– Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
– Knowledge of requirements for optimization and scale up production
