Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administrator at our Amman location. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for handling general administration tasks, providing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, managing phone calls with a professional telephone manner, and providing administrative assistance. The Reception Administrator will also be responsible for operating office equipment and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent English Communications ( Writing and Reading )
- Excellent Meeting Schedule arrangement
- Proficiency in handling emails
- Proficiency in Drafting letters
- Strong general administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Professional telephone manner and ability to handle inquiries
- Experience in providing administrative assistance
- Familiarity with operating office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
