Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE, immediately. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with expertise in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. The CRM Manager will be responsible for optimizing our CRM processes and tools to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
CRM System Management:
Administer and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
Customize and configure CRM modules to meet the organization’s specific needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize CRM data to generate reports and insights, providing actionable recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
Workflow Automation:
Design and implement automated workflows within the CRM to streamline business processes.
Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to CRM users to ensure proper utilization of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Integration Management:
Integrate the CRM system with other software tools and platforms as needed.
Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other systems.
Security and Compliance:
Maintain data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Implement data privacy best practices within the CRM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management.
Proficiency in one or more CRM systems, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
Experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
