The Manager, Talent Management & HR Analytics will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven insights to support the Hikma’s Human Resources strategy. This role will also encompass the management of various talent management programs, including but not limited to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and analytics that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Develop, execute and maintain a data management model to collect, govern and analyze HR data
- Identify key trends and patterns in HR data, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data and analytics requirements
- Design and implement effective talent management programs that align with the company’s overall strategy.
- Develop training programs and tools to educate managers and employees on talent management practices such as performance management, employee engagement, employee development and others
- Oversee the performance planning, review and appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning
- Plan, execute and analyze internal surveys to diagnose employees’ experience such as engagement, onboarding and offboarding
Qualification
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics or other relevant specialty
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
