Quality Assurance Analyst

QA Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced QA Analyst to join our team in Sfax.
Tasks :
- Writing and reviewing test plans.
- Execute test plans, document expected results vs. actual results, and record defects.
- Review requirements and specifications, asking questions to gain understanding and to ensure we build the right test cases
- Conduct manual regression testing and maintain the regression test cases
- Execute tests and formally record success/failure raising and managing defects for issues encountered
- Working together with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product defects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams : PM, BA, Dev
- Provide regular reports
- Ensure a continuous improvement of our QA process
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
Required profile :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing
- Good knowledge of Quality standards and tools.
- Good knowledge in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
- Good knowledge in Jira, Xray, SQL
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- Excellent at Analyzing and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (English language skills) and easy-going manner.
Nice to have :
- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman
- ISTQB certification is a good asset
- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript
- Experience in finance/investment domain
- Understanding of FinTech environment/software products
