FINCA Jordan, Amman Head Office is currently looking for the following vacancies
Data Analyst
The data analyst performs data interpretation, analysis of results using statistical methods and providing reports for them in management, and also develops and implements the database, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Responsibilties
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to the Management
Develop and implement data bases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Responsible to access all data sources available within FINCA (Excel Reports, Core System Databases, External Data sources)
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattern in complex data set
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Maintain current reports and create new reports
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of operations, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems;
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
4 years of experience in monitoring and Evaluation.
Competencies
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Written Communication
Technical expertise regarding data models
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze
Problem Solving
Good knowledge of Business Intelligence
Strong Interpersonal Skills – Focuses on solving conflict,
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
