JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst – Employee Benefits works as part of a key team that designs, implements and coordinates compensation programs across Sidra. The role holder is responsible for supporting Compensation & Benefits advisory, contributing to compensation operations and providing other analytical support as required.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides excellent customer service to all employees responding appropriately to all queries related to Benefits Administration and escalating critical issues.
- Process Education Assistance requests & resolves any related issue in a timely manner.
- Monitors the time frame for Benefits requests and all other requests.
- Liaises with the insurance provider to resolve issues.
- Implements annual benefit documentation updates, status changes and effective employee communication.
- Identifies means of reducing turn-around time for execution of requests and improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintains the employee demographic data in Oracle System & validates them on regular basis.
- Manages & oversees the changes in Oracle System & ensures that all data are up to date.
- Answers queries raised by the branches and arrange a meeting with them if required.
- Adheres to Sidra’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies
- Adheres to and promotes Sidra’s Values
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a quantitative science-based discipline
Experience
3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a compensation and rewards function
