We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the connection point between the IT & Business teams to meet the business objectives and achieve the ultimate business value.
Responsibilities:
– Elicit user, business and system requirements using various techniques such as requirements workshops, and system documentation.
– Develop Business Requirements Document (BRD).
– Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
– Establish and maintain effective relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
– Ensure specifications are clear, robust and support business, data and integration needs.
– Support quality assurance and change management activities.
– Actively participate in the preferred project methodology and work collaboratively with technical teams.
Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, experience at Financial Institutions will be a massive advantage.
– Knowledge in financial services.
– Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation.
– Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
– Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Project Methodologies, User Acceptance Testing and/or Change Management practices.
