Corporate Lawyer
The Corporate Lawyer will primarily be the principal operations representative responsible for the organisation’s legal matters and legal disputes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and monitoring of all legal disputes with external legal firms.
- Manage the collections and receivables legal disputes.
- Review legal and other documentations ensuring their legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research, provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Meet with clients and discuss their legal needs.
- Assist in the set up and support of drafting & review of contracts, terms and conditions and other legal documentation
- Legal advise and support in areas of corporate law, employment law, companies law and corporate governance
- Annual liaison with auditors.
- Develop the policies and procedures for their department and role.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the corporate governance of the organisation.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors in law is a must
- Excellent command of English and Arabic | verbal & written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Experience with litigation.
- Licensed lawyer in Bahrain
- Integrity, and discrete personality.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
- Professional, Proactive, team-oriented, with a Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
