HR Operations Intern

About the job
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Your Tasks Will Be

Handling personal reservations of employees with travel agents and hotels.
Handling and processing employee gadget inquiries, as well as maintaining accurate and clear records for reconciliation.
Receive and coordinate employee requests for products and services, handle them according to the companies’ – procedures, and follow up with the appropriate departments and vendors.
Has the ability to keep track of employee requests by organizing data sheets in Excel.
