About the job

We are looking for a B2B Technician to join our Nespresso team who will lead to service defective machines, provide preventive maintenance and help B2B sales to find the best solution for the customer at İstanbul/Marmara Zone. During the Technical Field Support acts as an ambassador for Nespresso Business Coffee Solutions. Acting according to Nespresso Quality Management System and all relevant guidelines.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Perform repair on all Nespresso Professional machines for Nespresso Customers according to guidelines.
  • Follow the QSHE guidelines for Safety and Quality.
  • Close interventions in the software on a daily basis
  • Keep a professional organization of the parts and tools in the car and manage regular cleaning of the car
  • Count spare part stock in the car on a quarterly basis
  • Explain to the customer the functionalities of the machine as well as their daily maintenance
  • Suggest and remodel placements to improve customer satisfaction and consumption suggest other or additional machines if needed due to low or high consumption
  • Close cooperation with After-Sales Service Supervisor in the best interest of the customers and give regular feedback
  • Drive Continuous improvement of KPIs, proced

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • Vocational school of higher education associate degree
  • Electro mechanics or electricity (“CPC – Certificate of professional competence” in this area) or similar – preferred
  • Hands on experience or enthusiasm to deal with small home appliances
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP and Nestle/Nespresso based software
  • Customer oriented – Strong communication skills with customers
  • Excellent driving skills – “Zero Risk Principle” mindset
  • Ability to work under deadlines to provide customer satisfaction
  • Plans and prioritises daily/weekly/monthly work effectively
  • Attend to team meetings and pursue team goals
  • Eager to learn – Takes every opportunity to learn and grow
