Job Description
- Tracking and evaluation of clinical data. He/ she can order clinical test, analyse records
- Planning, implementing and directing clinical services may participate directly in care whenservices are being initially implemented.
- Making program recommendation or revisions. Discover gaps in servicesor area where services can be improved.
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Manage patient flow
- Collaboration of doctors (Urologist, Radiologist, Nephrologist ) to ensure complete care of patients.
- To manage or insert cv lines and arterial lines
- To discuss medication on discharge with patients and write a discharge summary on discharging of patient
- Any other task assigned by departmental head
