Compliance Officer
About the job
Location: Zouk Mosbeh.
Shifts: Monday till Friday from 4:00 PM till 1:00 AM (ON SITE).
Duties:
-Lead service providers throughout the application process
-Responsible to collect and negotiate rates
-Collect and store skill sets of applicants
-Collect and document licenses, certificates and business registration information
-Responsible for the execution of agreements
-Explain and thoroughly discuss standard operating procedure and code of conduct
-Take feedback from project coordinators on weak points picked up, for example, delay, lack of experience, poor quality of work, and poor communication.
-Note bad feedback from all operations ends and hold discussions with the service providers.
-Handle service providers dispute due to poor craftsmanship or customer service reports.
-Follow up on compensation and benefits of service providers

-Experience as an HR Generalist is a plus
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources
-Fluent Spoken and Written English
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
-Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures is preferred
