Job Purpose:

Supervising the drug management processes at the Institute For Family Health and develop clinical pharmacy programs in accordance with IFH standards, policies, and regulations in order to ensure its efficiency and operating availability.

Major Responsibilities:

– Preparing orders and ensuring that all pharmaceutical goods are efficiently transported to other locations.

– Ensuring that all things are stored in acceptable storage conditions in accordance with requirements, as well as monitoring the warehouse’s temperature.

– Apply the principles of FIFO during items arrangement.

– Receiving, storing, and distributing products to maintain and oversee inventories and supplies.

– Commitment to measuring the temperature and degree of freezing inside the refrigerators, as well as ensuring that no non-medical goods are placed in the refrigerators, as well as the presence of temperature measurement models for these refrigerators.

– Apply the policies and procedures of the Institute and the Health Care Accreditation Council related to medicine.

– Periodic monitoring of the validity period of medicines in collaboration with the medical professionals on-site and implementation of required measures.

– Carry out any other tasks and responsibilities assigned to by direct manager that fall within your area of expertise.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

– (2-3) years minimum experience.

– Having the license to practice the profession from Jordanian Ministry of Health.

– Member of Jordan Pharmacists Association.

Skills & Abilities:

– Good awareness of the law and regulations of humanitarian and international institutions.

– Good awareness of preparation reports either in English or Arabic.

– Good computer skills ( Ms Office) specially Excel.

Language Requirements:

– Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
