Job Title: Office Secretary
Minimum Experience: 4 years total, 2 years experience in secretarial and admin work
Location: Amman – Jordan
We seek experienced professionals in Jordan for the role General Manager Office Secretary.
This role demands a highly skilled, self-motivated, and fast-learning individual with excellent multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and secretarial support to the GM
• Manage office operations and HR tasks
• Excellent command in english written and spoken
• Compile and submit management reports in a timely manner.
• Attend and record minutes of meetings
• Monitor administration standards to ensure adherence with corporate guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative support
• 2-year experience in executive assistant duties
• Familiarity with basic HR tasks, calendar management , mom , filing , write correspondences
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, goal-oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision.
• Highly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performance
• Excellent effective and efficient professional business communication, ethics, etiquette
