A Leading Pharmaceutical Companies in Amman announcing to fill the following position:
Position: Engineering Utilities Head
Functional Area: Engineering Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the operation monitoring of the utility equipment’s such screw Compressor, chiller, AHUS, Dehumidifier, boiler and generator.
- Knowledge of the handling any type of the breakdown & preventive maintenance in HVAC and utility equipment of the pharmaceutical plant.
- Preparation of SOPs and other related documents for engineering Utilities department.
- Maintaining Temperature / RH and Differential Pressure in the plant.
- Maintaining critical spares for Boiler, Air Compressor, Screw Compressor, AHU and the critical spares for the utilities equipment.
- Managing and Knowledge of how to maintain Building and premises Maintenance.
- Issuing purchase request for engineering utilities system and premises requirements.
- Managing the operation and maintenance of the purified water system and all related issues in plant.
- Following up and issuing daily engineering utilities reports and checks.
- To allocate proper job responsibilities to engineering utilities department.
- Responsible for providing steam, compressed air, chilled water, purified water without deviation. Preparation, review, and execution preventive maintenance schedule of utilities equipment & HVAC.
- To prepare monthly report for engineering utilities department. To prepare and review SOPs as per actual work practice & training to all engineering utilities staff.
- To ensure the proper documentation of engineering utilities, as per CGMP requirement. Implementation on “Energy conservation” activity across the plant.
- Coordinating contracts with service provider for engineering services.
- Managing the Building Management System and other computerized system which related to engineering utilities department.
- Preparation & Review of URS, SOPs, change control, CAPA and deviation of equipment

Experience:
- +13 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- +5 years as a Senior Management Positions.
Languages: Excellent Arabic and English language skills (written and oral).
