BePro Consultancy is looking for a “Sales Specialist” to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. his/her goal will be to meet or exceed our annual targets and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities :
o Identify new business opportunities by initiating; developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customers and company.
o Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Establish and build deep understanding of account needs and competitive situation.
o Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets.
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and revenue.
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close deals.
o Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
o Analyze customers’ performance to increase growth and production.
Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
o At least 3-5 years of experience in selling services (preferably in HR & training services).
o Excellent communication.
o Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
o Understanding of sales process.
o Proficiency in MS Office.
