Responsibilities

As a Remote Business Development Specialist at Alfan, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through outbound opportunity seeking. Your main responsibilities will include:

Outbound Opportunity Seeking:

  • Take the lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify channels with potential growth that align with our offerings.
  • Utilize various channels, such as email campaigns, cold calls, social media outreach, and networking platforms, to generate high-quality leads and nurture valuable connections.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Engage in persuasive and consultative conversations to understand their pain points and position Alfan’s solutions as the perfect fit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recommendations and solutions to drive value for potential clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Ensuring the entry of potential signings into the pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and advertising teams, to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to effectively track, manage, and report on sales activities and opportunities.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify areas for growth, positioning Alfan strategically within the market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.

Collaboration and Growth:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to provide market feedback and insights for product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and training programs to continuously enhance your skills and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record as a Business Development Specialist or in a similar outbound opportunity seeking role.
  • Strong experience in remote work environments, with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders remotely.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making.
