Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results through advertising on platforms such as Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on various platforms, including Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms
Optimize campaigns based on data and insights to achieve desired performance metrics, such as cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to develop compelling ad creatives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to performance marketing and suggest new tactics to improve campaign results

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or business
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
Strong technical skills, including experience with Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to optimize campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
