Human Resource Specialist

Nairoukh Pharmaceutical is looking for a Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting efforts: posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Support employee development and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications and skills:

• At least 4 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Very good experience in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems
• True passion and interest in talent management.
