Job Description:

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s hotline, providing excellent customer service, handling sales coordination, and executing the company’s protocol. Your primary objective is to build a positive relationship with customers by addressing their concerns, answering their queries, and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position is fully remote & working hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s hotline, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Close deals with clients by pitching our services and solving clients’ problems.
  • Handle sales coordination by following up on leads, generating quotes, processing orders, and updating customer records in the company’s database.
  • Coordinating with buyers, sellers & renters and making sure operations are running smoothly.
  • Execute the company’s protocol by following established procedures for customer engagement, agreements, and terms and conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and provide feedback to the management team on areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness when communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends, and provide regular reports to the management team on customer satisfaction metrics and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies is a plus.
