About the job
The Position
Job Scope:
Medical Information: Medical Information (MI) Accountable
- Monitors all activities and information in the field of Medical Information and ensures quality of local medical information service, compliant with Roche Global and Local procedures and local legislation
- Ensures logging and tracking of all unsolicited queries in the applicable medical computerized system MI Atlas is in line with Roche Policy as well as local laws and regulations
- Provides MI Insights to local disease area teams in order to contribute to strategy
- Provides input into Global/Regional MI initiatives if needed
- Performs Quality monitoring activities as per MI minimum standards business processes
- Participates in the reconciliation process of product complaints in collaboration with the Local Qualified Person and in the Quality Check (QC) of all information in the MI inquiry with the Patient Safety Partner
- Local process owner for medical information and provides local training as applicable
License to Operate:
- Delivers, creates relevant content and ensures content accuracy of core documents for Roche Levant products e.g., SmPC, RMinAs, APIs…
- Maintains awareness of the company’s requirements to fully report adverse events and other reportable drug safety and product complaint information
- Supports the ecosystem and medical team in relevant systems according to the need
Skills & Knowledge:

- Good Scientific background
- Good knowledge of Disease areas and pharmaceutical products
- Good understanding of the healthcare system environment
- Good level of collaboration
- Good communication skills
- Language: Fluent in oral and written English. French is a plus
Education & Experience:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in science, biology, biochemistry, or equivalent. Clinical expertise in disease areas is a plus. Experience in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences or Biotechnology is a plus.
