Personnel Specialist
About the job
- Managing Employees Files, Social, Medical Insurance, Tracking employees’ vacation Balances, Ensure continuous update of the recruitment database & maintain a secured filing
- Administrative Tasks, compliance-oriented and strategic duties Follows up on the end of the probationary period and the renewal of contracts with the direct manager on the specified dates
- Support for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
Requirements
- Males only.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Professional use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Able to work flexible hours across different time zones in a remote manner
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
