Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing the strategic vision set by the Talent Management Director. This individual is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for designated roles, from candidate sourcing and screening to testing and interviewing. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the Specialist ensures the smooth and efficient operation of recruitment processes, contributing to the organization’s ability to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to):
Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Propose partnerships with different channels.
Candidate Screening and interviewing: Coordinate interview schedules, Review resumes, conduct screenings and interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process for shortlisted candidates.
Candidate Communication: Respond to candidate inquiries, provide updates on application status, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers and manage candidates’ correspondences from feedback, negotiate offering, next steps…etc.

Employer Branding: Enhance the organization’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Data Management: Maintain recruitment databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulations.
Database Management: Input and update candidate information in the ATS or recruitment database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents, such as job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate evaluation forms.
Report Generation: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Talent Management Projects: Participate in talent management projects as requested, leveraging expertise to support broader organizational objectives.
General Administrative Duties:
Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department.
Handle any other work-related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or any relevant field
Certification in in HR: (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
6 -9 years of relevant experience.
