Cambaj International Trade and Investment Company Limited announces its desire to appoint (HR Supervisor) provided that the following conditions and requirements are met:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall recruitment process, including job posting and sourcing. Candidates, interview and make job offers.
• Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and training.
• Create and update job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Review and update the human resources models used in human resources procedures to align with international standards and company objectives.
• Updating the company’s organizational structure according to business needs.
• Participate in implementing payroll processing and related activities.
• Analysis of training needs in cooperation with department managers.
• Handling grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with performance management processes including goal setting and performance.
• Support employee development initiatives through training and career programs.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
• Knowledge of human resources services.
• Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Understand Social Security and tax laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MenaItech system is an added advantage.
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, methods and strategies.
• Leadership skills.
• Interpersonal skills.

Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday, from 8 to 4:30. The employee receives free health insurance after six months.
