Arab Therapy is a Platform that aims to provide Arabs all over the world with high-notch mental health services by providing high-quality Psychotherapy and psychosocial support sessions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. As a financial manager at Arab Therapy, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing a company’s financial resources, to provide strategic financial guidance, financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to help the company achieve its financial goals. Prior experience working with Delaware-based companies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to make recommendations for improvement.
• Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, Monitor budget variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage cash reserves, and establish effective cash flow forecasting.
• Identify and assess financial risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management, and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Oversee tax planning strategies, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee financial audits, and ensure compliance with audit recommendations and findings.
• Provide input and support for strategic decisions based on financial data.
• Assess the financial impact of new projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven +5 years of experience in financial management, within the context of startup companies, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are preferred.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Experience working in Saudi companies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
