Job Description:We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in expanding our merchant network. Your primary focus will be to identify and onboard new merchants, negotiate value-packed deals, and ensure the quality and appeal of these merchants to drive customer interest and transactions. As a freelance partner, you will have the flexibility to innovate and contribute significantly to our revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with potential new merchants, presenting the benefits of partnering with Jameelati.
  • Deal Creation: Work with merchants to create compelling, exclusive deals that add value to our members and attract new customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all merchants and deals meet Jameelati’s standards for quality, value, and appeal.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new deals and partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of deals and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Jameelati’s teams to align strategies and maximize the impact of new deals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
