Job Description
- Create analytical digital marketing reports and dashboards for Performance Marketing, CRM, Social Media, as well as web and app properties
- Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and strategies
- Define, develop and track measurable KPIs for various marketing activities
- Provide meaningful insights by mining, analyzing and interpreting data from different departments, putting them into workable context for the marketing department for the development of new campaigns and strategies
- Ensure the accuracy of marketing data
- Manage the implementation of analytics tools with the help of the technical team. This includes but not limited to, sourcing and evaluating different vendors to meet the requirements of the digital marketing team, managing the implementation, testing and auditing.
Job Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in a similar analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing advertising and analytics, with proven experience in measurement, modelling and data quality assurance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Google Tag Tanager – auditing, testing and implementation
- Experience in implanting tracking for marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of how APIs and SDKs work
- Advanced knowledge of web and app analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer) – implementation, debugging and analysis
- Strong command of SQL
- Experienced in BI and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
- Deep understanding of attribution modeling, both cross-channel and cross-platform
- Ability to read and modify HTML
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friend language
