Financial Controller

Summary
The Nobles Group seeks a Financial Controllerwith experience in the real estate and/or construction sector who will lead financial oversight in the Jordan operation. She/he will report to the national Finance Director* on functional duties and the Managing Director operationally. S/he will lead the preparation of financial reporting for Nobles Jordan and its associated entities (budget, forecast, actuals, etc.) and perform control of reporting of all national entities. S/he will oversee cost controls, reporting, and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Financial Management
Working with the Managing Director, Finance Director*, and Chief Internal Auditor (CIA), s/he will:
· Manage all day-to-day operations of the Amman finance department.
· Administer internal financial control systems, identify gaps, and proactively recommend solutions.
· Coordinate closings, including ensuring accuracy of P&L, balance sheets, cashflow, etc.
· Analyze financial indicators like cost of sales, cost of materials, general and administrative expenses, etc.
· Prepare and/or oversee monthly reporting on all primary financial indicators.
إقرأ أيضا:وظائف في مستشفى زليخة بدبي والشارقة· Work with business unit and regional management to prepare annual budgets with monthly comparison to actuals in rolling forecasts.
· Make sure revenue recognition and related costs are compliant with IAS and IFRS guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with national tax regulations.
· Coordinate with external audit ensuring compliance with requirements.
· Manage banking arrangements, cash standing, and insurance terms in coordination with Finance Director*.
· Review financial terms and clauses of all commercial contracts to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
· Prepare and manage monthly payroll in coordination with Human Resources and/or Managing Director.
Administrative
Responsible for all accounting matters in Jordan, including, but not limited to mandatory filings and reporting, business compliances, employee compensation, and benefits, budget, and expenses, s/he should:
· Review, recommend, and implement the Group’s financial processes, policies, and procedures.
· Lead administrative management on aspects related to internal controls, enforcement of reporting guidelines, and compliance with International Accounting Standards
· Ensure compliance of reporting with group procedures via ERP systems
Education, Experience and Skills:
· 7+ years finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 as Finance Manager with competence in construction, contracting, asset management, real estate development and/or investments.

· Proven ability to ensure timely, accurate reporting of all financial operations in the group.
- *In lieu of the Finance Director, the F.C. will report to the Chief Financial Officer and/or the Chief Internal Auditor.
