Al Moasron Group Is looking for Network Administrator

Description:

This E-commerce position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Must have strong Network administration experience. Individuals must be able to lead, implement, and support specialized business and technical information technology solutions. Must be willing to work off hours, weekends, and on-call.

Skills and knowledge requirements:

-General maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network incidents in the environment.

Resolve all network issues assigned to the network team.

Drive problem resolutions to ensure business continuity.

Ability to work weekends for maintenance and after-hours response.

Implement necessary steps to prevent future incidents.

Install, upgrade, and maintain all network components.

Document processes in accordance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, and software.

Monitor network performance to ensure optimal network uptime and troubleshoot network problems when they occur.

Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as data backups and system upgrades.

Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.

Monitor network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize network downtime.

Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s network infrastructure.

Stay up to date with emerging trends in network technology and recommend upgrades to keep pace with changing requirements.

Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related issues.

Extensive knowledge of firewall administration.

Extensive knowledge of switching and routing commands (Cisco preferred).

Extensive history of documented troubleshooting skills relating to desktops, servers, networks, and firewalls.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining cabling.

Follow-up and attention to detail with great customer service skills.

Professional, responsible attitude and work independently.

Extensive written documentation (processes, user guides).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with remote, matrixed teams.

Ability to work effectively in a team, and with clients.

Required Qualification:

More than 5 years of experience

Good knowledge of routers & switches & Access Points

Good knowledge of Backup Solutions and Recover

Good knowledge on AD+ DHCP+ DNS+ GPO+ Exchange

Good knowledge of Command Prompt and PowerShell

Good knowledge in troubleshoot Networks and PC’s and Servers

Good knowledge of network security and protection

The ability to work remotely.

Courses: A+, Network +, MCSE – MCSA, CCNA, ICDL
