Edgo is looking to Hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with the below qualifications:

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administrative Assistant located in Amman. The Reception Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, administrative assistance, clerical skills, and receptionist duties. Strong communication skills are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
– Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
– Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
– Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
– Support other administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:
– Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Receptionist Duties skills
– Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Preferable Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
– Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
