Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will build upon your sales experience to identify and cultivate leads, establish strong customer relationships, and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and service demonstrations.
- Close sales deals efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead information, calls, and closed deals for management review.
- Provide insights and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications:

- Proven track record in NGOs, with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
